Agenisy is an AI-powered business management platform designed to help trades, construction, and enterprise teams streamline operations through automation, intelligent agents, and integrations.
Our Services include (but are not limited to):
- Project delivery and management tools
- AI assistants (e.g. Ellie, Eric, Fiona, Steve)
- Quoting, invoicing, and compliance document generation
- CRM and communication management
- Integration with third-party software (e.g. Xero, Google, Salesforce, WhatsApp)
- “Account” – your registered Agenisy account used to access the platform and Services.
- “User”, “you”, or “your” – any person or business accessing or using Agenisy’s Services.
- “Content” – any text, data, files, graphics, media, or other material uploaded, created, or transmitted through the Services.
- “AI Agent” – an automated system designed to perform specific business tasks (e.g. creating estimates, invoices, compliance forms).
You must be at least 18 years old to use Agenisy. By using the Services, you confirm that:
- You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
- The information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
- You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To access the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate details including name, business name, contact information, and billing details.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account credentials.
- All activity under your account (whether authorised or not).
- Immediately notifying us of unauthorised access at admin@agenisy.com.
- Agenisy is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
a. Plans
Access to Agenisy’s paid features requires a valid subscription. Subscription plans and pricing are displayed on our website and may vary based on region or usage tier.
b. Billing
Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment provider (e.g. Stripe). By subscribing, you authorise Agenisy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on your chosen plan).
c. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term unless cancelled. You may cancel renewal at any time via your account dashboard.
d. Refunds
We do not generally issue refunds once a subscription has begun. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for technical faults or service errors.
You agree to use Agenisy only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Use the Services for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
- Upload, share, or transmit any content that infringes others’ rights.
- Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract source code from our software.
- Use the Services to send spam or unauthorised communications.
- Attempt to bypass platform security or rate limits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse or misuse.
Agenisy provides AI-driven assistants (including Ellie, Eric, Fiona, Steve, etc.) to help automate business workflows.
You acknowledge that:
- AI outputs are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.
- All AI-generated data should be reviewed by a human before use.
- Agenisy accepts no liability for losses arising from reliance on AI outputs without verification.
We continuously improve model accuracy but make no guarantees regarding AI performance or suitability for specific use cases.
Your privacy is important to us. All data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to Agenisy processing your data as described in that policy, including integrations with approved third-party systems.
Agenisy may connect to third-party services such as:
- Google Workspace / Gmail / Calendar
- Xero / QuickBooks
- Twilio / WhatsApp Business API
- Stripe
- Others
We are not responsible for the content, functionality, or data handling of these third-party services. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to their respective terms before enabling integrations.
All intellectual property rights in Agenisy, including the platform, design, logos, software, AI models, and content, remain owned by Agenisy.com Limited.
You retain ownership of the content you upload but grant Agenisy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, use, and process that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You may not use Agenisy trademarks or branding without prior written consent.
We aim to ensure continuous availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Agenisy may occasionally perform maintenance, upgrades, or service improvements that may cause temporary downtime.
We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Agenisy will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim under these Terms will not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the previous 12 months.
- Agenisy does not guarantee that AI outputs, analytics, or automation results will be accurate or error-free.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Agenisy Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from:
- Your misuse of the Services;
- Content or data you upload;
- Breach of these Terms;
- Infringement of any third-party rights.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if:
- You breach these Terms;
- Your subscription payments fail;
- We suspect misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately. Data may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy for legal and accounting purposes.
Agenisy may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jersey and the United Kingdom, depending on your location of use. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Jersey.
