Frustrated by generic, overpriced software and inefficient processes, we built Agenisy specifically to solve these challenges for fellow scaffolding companies. Owning a scaffold company, we know what it’s like to juggle labour, quotes, TG20/TG30 compliance, main contractors and cash flow while still trying to keep the pipeline full. Our aim was simple – turn our scaffolding business into a predictable, profitable machine.
From muddy yards to autonomous systems
Before Agenisy, we were doing it the hard way – chasing signatures on paper RAMS, updating spreadsheets at midnight, guessing labour forecasts and relying on memory to keep track of variations. Every scaffold company we spoke to had the same issues: duplicated work, missed opportunities and tools that were built for generic contractors, not access specialists.
So we stopped waiting for better tools to appear - and built one.
We mapped the real-life workflows of our scaffold firm and others – from from first enquiry and site visit, through TG20/TG30 compliance, scheduling, variations, handover, extras and final account - and trained AI to run those processes automatically.
