About Frank
Frank Fitzpatrick is a joint director and co-founder of Agenisy, with deep operational experience in scaffolding delivery, commercial management, and building systems that keep projects moving safely and profitably.
Frank has spent years jointly directing Brocken and Fitzpatrick Scaffolding alongside his brother, Stephen Fitzpatrick - overseeing the realities that make or break performance: labour planning, programme control, client standards, site compliance, and consistent delivery at scale.
Frank and Stephen also jointly direct TFM, providing specialist asbestos and scaffolding solutions across the Channel Islands. That dual exposure strengthens Frank’s focus on disciplined execution - where planning, documentation, and communication aren’t “admin”, they’re what protect margin and keep teams productive.
Alongside Stephen, Frank has also co-founded additional ventures aimed at improving how customers connect with trusted service providers - built on the same belief that better systems and higher standards create better outcomes for everyone involved.
