About Stephen
Stephen has served as a Director at Brocken and Fitzpatrick Scaffolding for over 18 years, jointly leading the business with his brother, Frank Fitzpatrick. Together they’ve built a reputation for dependable delivery, disciplined standards, and high-performing teams - grounded in the realities of running jobs day to day: planning, logistics, compliance, client communication, and consistent quality on site.
Stephen and Frank also jointly direct TFM - a specialist contractor providing asbestos and scaffolding solutions across the Channel Islands. That combined scope gives them a rare operational perspective on how projects succeed (or fail) when access, containment, coordination, scheduling and compliance aren’t aligned.
Beyond contracting, Stephen has co-founded additional ventures focused on improving how customers connect with reliable service providers - driven by the same principle: raise standards, remove friction, and make it easier for quality businesses to win the right work.
